Did you know that feeling awestruck is a better stress reliever than other kinds of mental breaks? A study from University of California, Berkeley, shows that taking time out of your day to notice small wonders, like dewdrops on a blade of grass, can alleviate symptoms of stress in your body. One more reason to stop and smell the roses! Every day I ask God to give me a sense of awe and wonder and ask him to reveal himself to me.
