13 Ways to Organize and Save Your Sanity: http://huff.to/1UQ2rUI. I think keeping it simple helps.  I use lists because I enjoy the satisfaction when I check things off!  Does anyone have a tip they use to help them stay organized?

A new study shows that people who eat high levels of certain amino acids found in meat and plant-based protein have lower blood pressure and arterial stiffness. Researchers from University of East Anglia's Norwich Medical School indicate that increasing your intake of protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, dairy products, beans, lentils, broccoli and spinach could be a good way to reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease.

How to Make Exercise a Habit You Love

How to Make Exercise a Habit You Love: http://bit.ly/1HL3edt . Look at exercise as a way to treat yourself. I see it as "my time", i.e., the only uninterrupted time I get for myself. Secondly, exercise is spiritual for me. Not only do I get the time alone, I get to have the time alone with God and as such it is a blessing and I thank my Creator for giving me arms and legs and a body that can move - you get the idea. I also love being outside and have learned to enjoy ALL weather conditions. In fact I would say there's probably been less than 5 days in the last year that I haven't been outside. When the weather is poor I look at it as an extra challenge and have a sense of accomplishment of overcoming the poor conditions. I have also learned that the best part of the workout is often at the end. I reflect on the sense of pride in taking good care of myself and am mindful that of the peace and focus that my workout has afforded me. If you'd like to learn more about incorporating these kinds of strategies so that you can find a routine you can stick to contact me at [email protected] or by phone 319-350-9444.
