![]() A new study shows that people who eat high levels of certain amino acids found in meat and plant-based protein have lower blood pressure and arterial stiffness. Researchers from University of East Anglia's Norwich Medical School indicate that increasing your intake of protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, dairy products, beans, lentils, broccoli and spinach could be a good way to reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease.
